NEW WALK HOLDINGS ACQUIRES SEARCH IMPEX LTD.

After more than 30 years at the wheel of Search Impex Ltd., we’re delighted to announce that we have recently been acquired by a new owner – New Walk Holdings Ltd – a business headed up by Nic O’Donovan who, together with business colleague Louise Cable, is really keen to ensure that model vehicles continue to drive the business forward!

Having decided the time was about right to scale down (pun intended!) our involvement at Search Impex, we had no wish to abandon our many loyal business and collector customers who have been with us for so many years. We firmly believe that the recent and planned acquisition means the future of Search Impex really is very bright!

We (Jim & Brenda) won’t be disappearing any time soon and expect to remain very much involved with Search Impex for the foreseeable future (but not as back seat drivers!). We will do our best to help and guide Nic to ensure that existing and future customers in the scale model vehicles market model continue to be professionally and successfully served.

In the meantime, Brenda & I would very much like to thank everyone for their interest shown and support given to us over the years and to say we’ve really enjoyed working with you all. We’ll still be around for chat on the usual phone number and we also look forward to catching up with many of you at Truckfest Scotland in August.
